  i want to change my domain
  i have a new domain that i would like to use
  how can i do this ?

  Hi there,

  To use your own domain with a WordPress.com site requires one of our paid plans, so first please go to My Site ->Plans and add the plan you want.

  Then it sounds like you already have the domain you want to use? In that case, go to My Site ->Domains ->Add and select the option to use a domain you already own. That will let you add the domain mapping upgrade which is what you need to connect the domain to your WordPress.com site.
