new domain

  Hi I have a domain with squarespace that I have just bought last week – so for 50 or so days i can’t transfer it directly across. For now I’m going to use my domain name with .blog at the end. Is it easy to transfer it back once the 60 days are up?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Good morning –

  You are correct. The domain can’t be transferred for 60 days after purchase or transfer or any other number of changes. This is an ICANN regulation.

  But, you can still point the domain to the provider of your choice through DNS changes. If you want to point the domain to us, you can do that. There’s no need to wait.
