New domain bought and linked to and e-mail account not existent so no access

Hi, I would really appreciate some help with my problem because I’m going really mad about this. I bought last week a new domain ‘sentipensarteabstracto.com’. I paid for it and it has been billed in my bank account. I am a wordpress user for some years now so it seems that my new domain has been linked to my old e-mail account, to which I have no access. I changed my wordpress user and e-mail to new ones, or at least this is what I tried. So… now I can’t access any of my sites, nor I can recover my user/pass. I suppose information is being sent to my old e-mail account. I have the extract of the bank account that confirms I have been billed for this new domain. Could someone help? I can’t believe I can’t access anymore my sites and I have bought a domain for two years and won’t be able to use it. The user I’m using now is a new one just to be able to post, but it is not linked to any of my sites and domain. I’ve searched like crazy any other way of contact without success. Thanks in advance.

I can give information of my old user and pass, my old e-mail account, the names of my sites… Whatever can be useful to help me recover my access.
