  When i can get my new domain dashboard?

  Mam, yesterday I bought new domain ‘netnewstamil.com’ from godaddy.But I can’t change that in my dashboard. Dashboard always shows iam in free plan.says that my domain is new, i should wait for 60 days. Iam new to wordpress. Pls clarify my issue.

  I bought my new doamin from godaddy, my domain is ‘netnewstamil.com’. But this is not change in my dashboard, it says my domain is new i should wait for 60 days.!!my dashboard always shows iam in free plan. I can’t do plugin.I can’t trasfer, mapping the new domain. Pls help me.

  Hi there,

  Is it possible that you are trying to host your site with GoDaddy as well? To clarify we’re competitors (they also provide WordPress hosting) so you could have a WordPress site with them instead of us.

  To clarify, you can (if you wish) use your GoDaddy domain with a site that is set up here on WordPress.com, but to do that you will need to upgrade to one of the plans we list here, which all include a “domain mapping” option you can use to make that connection:

  https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  We do offer free WordPress sites on WordPress.com, but those free sites use the “wordpress.com” domain we assign at the time of site setup. To use a custom domain (or add plugins) requires an upgrade in this case.

  My domain http://www.netnewstamil.com connected my wordpress site. If i search in google i can see my blog. But in dashboard always show iam in free plan. I couldnot bye WordPress domain, my card not supported. Don’t know why. So pls give to me about procedure how can I add my new domain to free wordpress?

  Hi there,

  Your domain is forwarded to a free WordPress.com site (dailynetnewstamil.wordpress.com). If you want to properly connect your domain to that site you’ll need to purchase one of our plans and then follow these instructions to map it:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  If you already have a hosting plan with GoDaddy and you want to use the WordPress software there, then you need to get in touch with them and they’ll guide you on how to do that.
