new domain email doesn't work

    Hi,

    I am trying to make my new email address work. I followed the instruction to forward the emails from my new domain name to my current email and tested it but did not receive anything. Any other settings I should configure?

    Hi there,

    Are you currently testing from the email account you are forwarding to? For example if you forward from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff) and send a test email from (email visible only to moderators and staff) Gmail will consider it a duplicate and it will not send. Can you try testing from an email that is not associated with the email forwards you set up?
