New Domain Is Not Active

    I need to contact live chat support for help with the new domain I have added to my account as it is active on Godaddy yet when I try to access my new site by entering howtocuthair.info/wp-admin I am receiving an internal server error and states the web address is (email visible only to moderators and staff), cheapdressonline.info is a separate domain, so I have obviously done something while adding a new domain , although when contacting live chat yesterday for the same problem, I was assured that everything was done correctly

    Hi @tex13walker , your site isn’t hosted here on our servers. Your best bet for help with a 500 Internal Server error is to contact your host, but if they cannot help, you can reach the support forums for individual WordPress installations here:
