New Domain Name

  Hi! I’m considering registering a new domain name for my blog (nameofblog.com). If I do so, will the old address “kidlitblog.wordpress.com”, still work? Will they both work ad infinatum or will one be phased out? Or does the new one simply redirect to the wordpress.com one? Thanks in advance for you time! – Wendy Lawrence

  The .wordpress.com blog URLs seamlessly direct all who click them to the same content under the new domain URLs. On the Admin side of the blog you will still see the .wordpress.com sub-domain URLs but your visitors will see the domain URLs.
