  I currently have this site: http://www.seayourshrink.wordpress.com

  I purchased a new domain name which is http://www.seayourshrink.me

  Can you please tell me what to do and help me get the old wordpress hosted website converted to this new domain name site?

  I want the old wordpress website to have the new domain name.

  Hey there, I’m not seeing that domain but, you’re welcome to map a newly registered domain here! Here’s how:

  http://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/

  You can also register domains through our service, or have it transferred. If you already bought the domain you want, though, I’d recommend mapping for 60 days (new domains have a waiting period before they can be transferred) then transferring it over.
