New domain name / redirecting

  Hello!
  I have a blog called mandebloggen.com at WordPress. I would like to keep my site as it is (layout/pictures etc.), but change the domain name of it. I’m gonna buy my new domain name via your site as soon as I have heard from you.

  Will my old readers automatically be redirected to my new adress?

  Yes, if you map a new domain to your mandebloggen.wordpress.com site, visitors will be redirected to the URL you choose for your primary domain. You can set your primary domain via your Store -> Domains page.

  If you have two custom domains mapped to one blog, they will both direct users to the same site. Keep in mind that if you let your current domain expire, then visitors to that domain won’t be taken to your site once that domain has expired.
