New domain purchased through WP not loading.

Hello. I recently registered the domain via WordPress revivalbuzz.com . According to my dashboard it is set to be the primary domain, and the DNS is correct. However the domain itself will not load. http://www.revivalbuzz.com // Any thoughts? Thanks

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hello there!

I checked out http://www.revivalbuzz.com and it seems to be loading properly now.

I reviewed your domain registration and mapping. Everything looks to be set-up and working correctly. Domain changes usually take several hours to fully take effect (and theoretically can take up to 72 hours).

If you’re still not seeing your site correctly on your browsers, could you try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies? Instructions can be found here:

    en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

If it’s still not working 24 hours from now, simply reply back and let me know. I’m happy to investigate further. Best of luck!

Hi Robin. This is still happening.
Anytime I make a change, it no longer loads properly. It will just cycle. The only way to view this after making any change to the site is to empty all cache and data EVERY TIME. This is not going to work as a solution.

To restate, if you just visit the site it will load. If you log in and make a change or add a post, it will no longer load. I will then have to empty cache and all browser data to get it to load again.

Can we please explore further? Bummed – Richy

    Hi Richy,

I am sure this is frustrating for you. A couple questions:

    1. What version of Chrome are you using to view your site? If it’s not the latest, please do upgrade.
    2. Does the same thing occur if you look at the site via another browser?
    3. Did you have any trouble with the blog loading before it was mapped with your domain?
    4. Is Flash also updated to the latest version?

To make sure this isn’t a browser issue (which it likely is, since everytime you clear your cache, the problem clears up), take a look at Chrome’s support:

    https://support.google.com/chrome/#topic=3421642

It is also possible for your Internet Service Provider to create a cache at the network level. This means that instead of viewing the WordPress.com web servers for some files, the ISP has created a cache to store files on their network to try to reduce bandwidth costs and also to make loading some web pages faster. If a network-side cache is causing you trouble, you most likely just need to wait for it to clear out on its own.

You can test the possibility of and ISP cache issue by logging onto your account in a location with a different ISP than your own. If you’re having the same trouble, it’s like your problem.

As I said earlier, on our end, you’ve configured yourself properly and I have no issues viewing your site in multiple browsers.

Please let me know if any of this resolved your loading issue. Thanks and good luck!
