New domain site name not pulling up

  I updated the name of my site from ‘myinspirationaldevotionals.wordpress.com’ to ‘insiredthoughtsfromacollegegirlsdevotional.wordpress.com’ but now, when I type in the new one, it won’t pull the site up and says it does not exist, so it is still under the first name but when I go to my settings, it says it did update?

  myinspirationaldevotionals.wordpress.com is still active, last posted to on 4/20/16.

  @madelinemosley did you still need help? We actually had a rash of sites that had trouble with these address changes. Can you tell me what tool you used to change the address?
