new domain (website) still not working & I purchased it 5 days ago

So I purchased a domain name qualityplusconstruction.com five days ago . At first I was upset , but after coming to a forum they notified me that it takes up to 72 hours . So I waited . & Now it is going on 5 days that my website and newly purchased domain name isnt working at all . When I type in the url in a tab it says that it is “Forbidden” and some possible reasons are that “I need to be logged in” . The same screen pops up when I click on it from my dashboard also . Please help , I feel like I just wasted 18.00 and I will have to answer to my employer soon .

You might need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG since this is for support of only those sites hosted on WordPress.COM

I purchased the domain name on wordpress.com off of my dashboard ….. I do not understand . Are you saying to better help me I need to make an account on wordpress.org ?

Just to confirm what was said above, qualityplusconstruction.com is only mapped here, not registered through us.
The nameservers are currently incorrect, and per the guide at http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/ they need to be:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM NS2.WORDPRESS.COM NS3.WORDPRESS.COM -

You need to change it at the place where it is registered. macmanx says you bought it from somewhere else.

You need to change the name servers at your domain name registrar (where you bought the domain name – not the domain mapping you purchased from WordPress.COM)

What you paid for was $13 for Domain Mapping, which directs a domain that you already own to your WordPress.com blog.

I’m sorry , I wasnt aware that the domain name qualityplusconstruction.com was already taken . But I paid for the domain name and the mapping which was a total of $18.00 . Thank you , I would like a refund .

I have canceled and refunded your domain mapping as requested.
I only see one $13 charge on your account, which was for the domain mapping. You wouldn’t have been charged for the full $18 if you the domain was already taken.
Did you receive a receipt for $18?
