New Domain Won't Work

    I recently purchased a wordpress upgrade including a custom domain name. When I click the radio button to have the new domain used as the primary URL – my blog goes completely down. Both the old “wordpress” and new URLs won’t work. My blog just vanishes. I’ve tried to wait overnight and it still won’t work.

    I’ve tried 3 different browsers, cleared-out my cache and temporary files and I still can’t get the new domain to work. So I’ve had to switch back to the old “wordpress” domain.

    Hey there!

    I took a look at your domain, and there seems to have been a glitch with the completion of your registration. I’ve removed the ‘broken’ domain from your account, so you can now re-register it here:
    https://wordpress.com/domains/

    Please go ahead and do that, and then let me know how your registration work this time around. It should be smooth sailing.
