New drafts replacing old drafts

  Yesterday I wrote 3 drafts. I always saved them as a draft, then save, then click in new post >text and started writing the new post on a new window.
  Today I log in and go to my drafts and I only see one!!! I see the revisions and yup the older drafts were overwritten. I managed to get the second draft back through revisions(kudos for that), but the third one is gone: (
  I’m sorry but how is it possible that something like this happens, I even started every draft on a whole new page… Is there a east for this not to happen in the future? And is it possible to recover really old revisions?
