New e-commerce site help

    Hi,
    I would like to know if your company does provide tech support and any help on following.

    I had a Web Dev guy create a e-commerce site for us with wordpress and the problem now is I would like to see if possible to get my site to be overseen by a company that knows what they are doing and do the overall management and updates on the site. now sure if your company has that service.

    please let me know.

    We only provide support for sites created and hosted here on WordPress.com.

    It sounds like your site was created with WordPress.org software:

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

    Are you considering moving the site to WordPress.com? Or are you looking to keep the site as it is and change hosts?

    I would like to see if possible to get my site to be overseen by a company that knows what they are doing and do the overall management and updates on the site.

    We don’t offer a management service for WordPress.com sites, this is the responsibility of site owners. However, we do take care of hosting and security.
