New eCommerce Site

  I have several clients who need a new eCommerce site because their current online store host (not using WP) is going out of business. Is there a way to try the eCommerce site for 1 month or do I have to pay a full year upfront to try it???
  Does the eCommerce site have cPanel access?

  If I pay for a full year upfront and don’t want to keep it, can I get a prorated refund??

  If we use WordPress.com, can we use the WooCommerce Square plugin?

  Hi there!

  You can purchase any plan you’d like to try and, if you’re not happy, you can cancel and obtain a refund within the first 30 days. The exception would be if you register a custom domain, you could only opt for a full refund during the first 96 hours. After that time, we would only refund the cost of the plan minus the cost of the domain.

  After 30 days no refunds are available.

  Does the eCommerce site have cPanel access?

  We do not use cPanel on WordPress.com but you won’t need it, you can access your domain settings straight from your dashboard.

  If we use WordPress.com, can we use the WooCommerce Square plugin?

  On plans Business and eCommerce, you can use any WordPress Compatible plugins, that includes WooCommerce and its extensions.
