  Post format Video choice not available on the new editor. Loving the new editor thus far besides that miss. It’s fresh and simplified.

  I’ll tag this thread for a Staff response to your issue with the video format choice, rather than telling you to use the classic editor and the video shortcode because it works every time for me.

  I don’t love the new editor. What’s fresh and simplified from your point of view, to me is a dumbed down editor for slow learners, who post unoriginal content that I do not consider to be worthy of sharing. LOL :D

  Hi @jeanxbillie – Thanks for the report. It looks like the new editor is loading the same options for post format regardless of theme. I went ahead and reported this. I’ll let you know when I know more!
