New editor

  Will this be forced on all accounts or will we have a choice? I tried the new editing tool, and I only see fewer options, no rich text editor, and no way to preview my page before publishing.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  For now, you can switch back to the old classic editor if you want to.

  Go to My Sites > Add New page > Click on 3 dots on right hand side top > select switch to classic editor

  Hello!

  Gutenberg does have a rich text editor; just highlight the text you’d like to edit, and you’ll see a little bar with options for bold, italics, hyperlinks, and so forth. You can also create new “blocks” for different formats, such as paragraphs, lists, quotations, images, tables, embeds…

  To preview a post, click the “Preview” button in the upper right corner, next to “Publish…”

  Check out the Gutenberg live preview to play around with it before it goes live if you’re not ready to switch yet. There’s a learning curve for sure, but it’s pretty cool once you’ve played around with it. :)
