New Editor Bug Inserting Picture

  While composing new post (with new editor), when I type something and my cursor is under the paragraph where I want to place picture. Whenever I click the button ‘Add media’, instead of inserting the picture/photo where my cursor was, it places the picture at the top of the post. Its very difficult to switch back and forth from HTML to visual editor to manually bring it to my desired location. In the old editor, I did not face this issue. Until this issue is fixed, can anyone point me towards how to switch back to the classic old WordPress.com editor? Thanks.
