New Editor Does Not Cite RSS Stub When Called From Reader

The title says it already. I have changed to the upcoming block-style editor which is currently in the test phase. When I browse through the reader and want to create a stub article recommending another user’s work, I don’t get the editor prepare for me the first image, the beginning words and the link to the place I want to recommend. This is what the old editor did when I chose the ‘share’ option on the reader. It was a great time saver.

Hi –
Not every feature has been built in to the new editor yet. That sounds to be the case based on what you’ve mentioned. I’d suggest switching back to the classic editor when you need to perform this function.
Click on the
...on the upper right hand corner of the editor screen. A menu will pop up, and you’ll use the last itemswitch to classic editorto go back and forth between the two.Write back to me here with any other questions.
