"New" editor does not show "uncategorized" category in list

  Hi there. I’ve noticed that if I have posts that are contained in the “uncategorized” category, that is *not* shown in the list of category options in the new version of the post editor. I had to switch back to the classic editor in order to remove “uncategorized” from those posts that were marked as such. Not sure if this is an oversight or a “feature”.

  Hi there!

  I just did some testing. I edited a post that had already been published with the ‘uncategorized’ tag in the new editor. I added a couple of tags there, and when I published, the ‘uncategorized’ tag was automatically removed.

  Please let me know if this was not the behavior you experienced.
