New editor keep adding random changes to my code!

Good evening, I am very confused by the new editor behavior.
I have many years of experience with HTML+CSS and prefer to hard-code all the things I need and use the code editor. I have not updated my site in a while and now when I try to write my code as soon as I click on “preview” the code keeps changing on its own! It randomly adds tags I do not need, closes them before I finished writing the block and just tabbed out to look something up and so on.
It is completely impossible to work this, I can not finish a single page! How do I stop it and let me do my job?!

belikovaart.wordpress.com has no content and hasn’t been updated since 2015, therefore I assume you’re referring to the other that’s connected to your WordPress.com account.
That site is using the open-source WordPress.org software and you need to seek help at these forums:
