New Editor-Where's the short link?

  The latest version of the editor interface seems ok. I can find everything except the short link. Where is the short link located? I see the permalink, but I don’t see the short link until after posting. I need it before that. The only workaround seemed to be going back to the original posting experience where it is readily available.
