new email AND lost password help

    Forgot my password BUT have a new email address.
    Login requires my email but doesn’t recognize my new email. I no longer have access to the old email.

    What to do to get new password?

    Hello,

    You can complete the Account Recovery Form found here. This should allow you to recover your account information via your new email address.

    Once everything is recovered, I recommend setting up a recovery email and an SMS number. This will allow you to use a separate email or your phone (via a text message) to recover your account information if you are unable to use your standard credentials.
