New Email followers do not appear in the email followers tab

Hello,
I noticed that I have an issue with email subscriptions. I have received like 5 emails telling me that people have subscribed to my blog with email, but when I access the email followers section nothing appears. At some point there was one that appeared, but then dissapeared also.
Can you please help me with this issue?

If those so called followers had an @outlook.com Andreas, those were removed by Staff. Also see en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/weird-followers/
