New email not connected with gravatar

    Hello, I added another email address to associate my new gravatar to and clicked the link that was sent to my new email address to confirm the request and link the two. This was three weeks ago but the link never connected my new email and gravatar together. I reached out to support at that same time (3 weeks ago) and never got a response. I also see the message that ‘gravatar support is closed’ but that same message has been there ever since the day I submitted the request for assistance so this has been frustrating since no one ever responded and I can’t reach back out to them. Anyone know how I can get a new link to attempt this again? Also, does anyone know when the support team is coming back if ever? Thank you for any guidance as all I’m trying to do is connect my work email to my gravatar. I’ve attempted to just request it to be linked again but only get a message that an email with a link has already been sent…

    Can you please confirm the email address you’re trying to add to your profile?

    Type it on its own line, and it will automatically be hidden so only staff can see it.
