  New Facebook config won’t connect to WordPress.

  Do you mean via Publicize? Try disconnecting it, then clearing your FB cache and then reconnecting. See if it then publishes subsequent posts.

  WordPress.com > My Site > Sharing > Facebook

  Disconnected and tried reconnecting.

  Not sure how to clear FB cache.

  Not sure if Publicize is different.

  https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ If you don’t clear the facebook cache it will not work.
