New "Follow" button

  I contacted support the day we received notification of this new feature. The button does not appear on my site. They have not responded. It appears in my browser on other blogs. I would love to have this feature on my page. Can anyone tell me why it is not appearing or how to get an answer from Support?

  These “follow” buttons only appear on free hosted WordPress.com blogs and can be enabled and disabled. http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2011/09/21/more-traffic-for-your-blog-with-the-follow-button/
