new follower details

  Hi. I’ve received an email of having a new follower but when I looked he/she up in my account, their name is in ‘black’ meaning I am not able to click on it to see their information, not like the others that are in ‘blue’ where I can see their info.by clicking on their names. Do you know why?

  We can register a WordPress.COM usernamer account only and no blogs. Not every WordPress.com member registers a blog URL and some who do choose to keep their blogs private.
