New followers are not showing and even not receiving any emails

  Hello,

  Many people are saying and even sent me a screenshot as a proof that they’ve followed my blog but it is not showing in the notification and also am not receiving any emails for confirmation. Do help as this issue was previously stated in 2016 or so and no one cleared it. I’ve tried logging out and then logging in again but nothing changed.

  Hi there, If these new followers began to follow you after you published your current post of August 1st, 2017 they wouldn’t have received a notice of a new post.

  Do you see your new followers listed on your People page at https://wordpress.com/people/followers/celebrityreadshush.wordpress.com

  I’m not sure I understand what you mean when you say that you are not receiving any emails for confirmation. You need not confirm new followers.

  Can you please give more detailed information?

  Hello,
  What I'm saying is that WordPress notification is not showing me the new followers for past two days when people are saying they've followed and when they unfollow it shows them that they're already subscribed. And also I'm not receiving any email too when a new person follows me.

  Hi again, please check your Notification Settings to make sure they haven’t changed somehow https://wordpress.com/me/notifications Click the down arrow next to your site name to open the full Notifications window.

  If everything there is as it should be, and you are still not receiving the notifications, please return to this forum thread and add the MODLOOK tag to the Tags section of the thread sidebar to flag this thread for Staff assistance.
