new followers not shown

  I received notice of 2 new followers on Saturday and Sunday, and my widget only shows 1, and my stats don’t show any. I have received notice of twitter followers in the past, but they are not recorded. A tech person refreshed my twitter follower thing for me, but it didn’t seem to do any good. The twitter ones come and go, but I work hard for the email and WP followers, and it’s kind of discouraging when they aren’t shown.
