Hi,
The Sketch theme requires that an image used to create a header image be cropped to a width of 1092 pixels, if the original image is wider than that. One way to get the full image in the header is to create a reduced version of the file image (https://ilmondodicate.files.wordpress.com/2019/11/bannercate19-1.jpg?), which is 1600 pixels wide, that has a width of 1092 pixels or less. This can be done with simple image editing software such as Windows Paint. Here’s a hint: the width of the new file should be about 68%, or less, the width of the full-size image.
Once you’ve created that image and saved it somewhere, then you may replace the present header image at Customize > Header Images, as follows:
1. Click the “Hide image” button.
2. Click the “Add new image” button.
3. Upload the file image from where you’ve saved it.
4. Click “Select and Crop” button.
5. Click the “Skip Cropping” button.
6. View the the image in the preview area, and save it by clicking the Publish button. If instead of creating an image of approximately 1092 pixels wide, you use the image that you linked to above, which is 392 pixels wide, and follow the above instructions, then the full image will display, but it will be considerably smaller, with large margins on each side.
