  just discovered that no recycle of address (Url) rule exists. i am new and have made a mistake – in an attempt to reset the site. please allow one time courtesy to regain my address.

  Hi there. I’m afraid there’s nothing to be done. Once a site is deleted it is gone. You will have to pick a new address to use or see if the one you want is available to register as a custom domain.
