New Hosting to existing domain name

  Hi,

  I have purchased word press hosting for psikiyatrigunlugu.net . I can not open the website.
  Domain name managing a person in IT department. They asked me to ip address of page for make it work.
  How can I find the ip address?
  What shall we do to make domain work?

  Hi,

  Our do not change the name servers name. They insist that I must have an IP address in order to point to domain. Is WP provide a dedicated ip address?

  It writes please contact support for delete registered domain name on wordpress management page. Can you please delete psikiyatrigunlugu.net domain name?

  I can delete the domain mapping for you. The domain is not actually registered with WordPress.com.

  At the moment there is nothing connecting psikiyatrigunlugu.net to your WordPress.com site. The redirect loop could be residual DNS propagation, or more likely, something with the DNS settings at your registrar.

  Hi,

  First of all do you have phone support? Because It is related about domain name or hosting. So I’d like you to talk our domain name responsible. Thus we can solve problem faster. If there is not a phone support do you have an email address for communication?

  Because I’d like to send screenshots to explain but it is not possible to send a attached file from here.
  It seems still a loop with http://www.psikiyatrigunlugu.com to psikiyatrigunlugu.com . We have to cancel that redirection to make site work. If you can press F12 when psikiyatrigunlugu.com open you can see it.

  The domain mapping has been deleted. That’s the only thing that was connecting WordPress to your domain.

  The issue is with your registrar. There is nothing connecting your domain to WordPress.com.
