New hosting without losing website

    Hi I wanted to know how can I get a new hosting without loosing my website? Because I’m having major issues with my web developer transferring my hosting to my namecheap account to get assistance. I’m planning on getting a new hosting with bluehost. But I don’t want to lose my website
