new image size? smaller?

  hi there. has wordpress suddenly changed the size of images we can insert using the wordpress interface?

  it’s telling me i can only insert them at 640px wide. opposed to the 750 i have been doing for years.

  super annoying.

  any ideas? reasons why? whyyy?
