New Jetpack wont' work anymore with wp-ecommerce also activated
-
Between the new versions of wp-ecommerce and jetpack – the two plugins no longer work together on a same site. They previously worked fine until now.
If jetpack is active the store breaks where the product page/store page is blank and on an individual product page, only a description gets displayed and nothing else.
In deleting and reinstalling jetpack – I was not able to connect to wordpress.com to activate jetpack if the wp-ecommerce plugin was enabled.
What changed that could have caused these to plugins to suddenly conflict with each other?
Currently you can see it in action on my site – http://www.punkvinyl.com/store
No products will display because jetpack is currently enabled.
Thanks!

Thanks for the report.
To narrow down the culprit, could you please try deactivating all Jetpack modules that are running – for example, Spelling & Grammar, Comments, Subscriptions, etc. – and see if you’re able to connect to WordPress.com with WP-Ecommerce installed.
If you can, then reactivate each module one by one, checking the connection in between each, to determine which module might be the culprit.
Let me know how it goes.

OK I disabled every jetpack module, then I disconnected jetpack from wordpress.com. I then activated wp-ecommerce. With wp-ecommerce activated, I still couldn’t connect to wordpress.com with jetpack unless I deactivated wp-ecommerce.
So I deactivated it, connected to wordpress.com with jetpack, then reactivated wp-ecommerce and the store actually still worked. I then activated all the modules I once had activated one by one, stopping to check the store each time I activated one and oddly enough the store never broke again. So I’m back up and running, though there still exists the problem that if you have the wp-ecommerce plugin activated, you can’t connect jetpack to wordpress.com.

I’m glad you found a workaround, thanks for letting me know. I’ve informed the Jetpack developers so they can investigate.

Hi there, just wanted to let you know that if you have issues again in the future, it looks like WP e-Commerce just released a new version yesterday which may fix Jetpack compatibility issues:
