NEW LAPTOP TRYING TO CONNECT TO MY BLOG

  Hello,
  I am using a rent to own laptop while mine gets fixed. It has Windows 10 which I know nothing about. I was transferring my bookmarks to this laptop when wordpress options came up and is asking me for my web address and my WordPress API Key. I have no idea what that is. Can anyone help please?
