New Lay-out Of Dashboard Makes The Widgets In Its Footer Not Movable

    I have observed that the widgets I put and move to other footer could not be moved to other footer with the new dashboard lay-out. Unlike the previous lay-out of the dashboard the widgets in a footer can be moved simply by dragging it to the other footer. Should be retained.
