new lines in email notifications

  I have a poetry blog, where I post poems. problem is in when I post a new post, readers get notifications of the poems but without new lines or
  ‘s.
  what happens is that the readers get a list of words without any separators between them, and obviously the new lines are very importatnt for the poem to be clear…
  I tried all kinds of options inside the wordpress theme/settings options, but did not find a solution.

  I would like either one of the following solutions:
  1. new lines will be shown in the email notification for the reader.
  2. I will be able to set the parts that will be sent in the email (for an example only the summary of the post etc.)

  Hi there!

  To answer your questions:

  new lines will be shown in the email notification for the reader.

  New lines may show up in the email notification provided that your feeds are set to “Full Text” instead of “Summary”. You may set that in your Reading Settings:

  I will be able to set the parts that will be sent in the email (for an example only the summary of the post etc.)

  As of now the ability to assign parts of a post sent in emails is not supported.
