new lines unexpected in post titles
-
Hi,
I am a long time blogger and a new user of WordPress and I don’t understand why titles so fastly go to line.
for example here http://filmsnonutc.wordpress.com/2014/08/20/after-tomorrow-frank-borzage-1932/
this is ugly and does’nt fit with usual print conventions (if we have the place to put the next word, we put it)How can I make my title fill the whole width of the page?
of course without buying the premium stuff…this is a basic requirement. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

another problem, probably related:
In order to avoid the same probleme in posts, I have to justify my text through CSS markups. Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to add CSS in the title… -

Hi there, WordPress.com has a filter which tries to eliminate typographic “widows,” which occur when a single word is forced onto its own line. You can learn more here:

If you don’t like the filter’s effect, you can try rewording the post title to be a little longer or shorter. Alternatively, you could add some CSS through Custom Design to reduce or enlarge the size of post titles – let me know if you go this route and need any help with it.
