New link won’t go in the category I want

    I’m adding a link to one of my blog rolls, but no matter what I do the link always shows up under the same (wrong) category. I can only find options to delete it, not to change its category (and I’ve tried deleting and reposting several times…), nor can I find a way to add a link specifically under any but the ONE (wrong) category). I’ve done this before so I know it’s possible and figure-outable but for the life of my I can’t see how.

    Or, to put it another way in case that’s jumbled…I can only see one way to add a link, and that way automatically, for some reason, always assigns the link to the wrong place.

    Please help.

    From your dashboard, go to manage > links. Click on the name, which will bring up the edit screen. Midway down is the category list. Check the box next to the category you want. Then in the black box on the right, click save.

    If you need to add a link, you can do that from the manage links screen as well.
