New look of audio file player

  Without my making the decision, the audio player on my blog is now a black bar that extends across the page instead of a “Play” arrow icon that opens when it is clicked. The new look really doesn’t work with my blog page.

  HI Jim, I’m sorry to hear that you’re not happy with the new player. One of the benefits of it, however, is that is is now possible to customize the look and feel of it with CSS. Since you already have the Custom Design upgrade, you can use that to change the colors, size, etc of the player.

  Hi,
  I have one other problem. At my blog Cinema Misfits I have made 87 posts, but the audio player only displays on posts 81 through 87. None of the posts before 81 shows an audio player.

  Hi Jim, it looks like that’s a bug that happens when posts are lazy-loaded (i.e., “infinite scroll”). I’m working with our developers to fix it, and I’ll keep you updated.
