New Member Confused on Plans

    Can you please tell me what plan I am on. On August 14 you received my payment of $60 CAD which I believed was the annual charge for a Personal Plan but I don’t see where I have this? Also, please confirm there is no automatic renewal of this. Thank you.

    I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from or the albascot21c.home.blog website.

    Could you have a different WordPress.com website that you purchased an upgrade for? Do you have any other information about the charge?

    Rootjosh……tanks for the reply. I don’t have any other account that I know of. I have a copy of the payment confirmation I got from paypal, but don’t know how to get this to you. Tried sending it in email but it didn’t go through. How can I get this to you as proof of payment that might help you track down the issue? Await your advices, thanks.
