    Unable to determine how long it may take to receive response for support request on Sunday?

    This is a peer support forum and the vast and overwhelming majority of all issues are dealt with by Volunteers here, not by Staff. We only tag threads for Staff that actually require Staff assistance.

    What exactly is it that you need help with please?

    I realize this is a peer forum :) I was wondering if anyone here had an idea of how long it may take to receive a reply to a request for support sent to SUPPORT. Too many issues to discuss here, so I addressed request to them. Today is Sunday, do they answer requests on Sunday?

    Emailing support means it takes longer to get an answer than posting to the support forums does. Please do only one or the other.

    Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in order of datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.

    How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.

    Speak up here please knowing there is no phone support.

    Thank you for trying to help me. I signed up for business package because one of the main reasons for having that plan was the Live Chat. Unfortunately, WP did not specify BEFORE selecting the plan that the chat is only available on weekdays.

    I have many questions that need attention the main one being that I was unable to get ANY support for the account I originally created days ago and have not been able to get in to because there is a problem with the password reset function. It is not working for me. I have reset it at least 7 times. I have followed all instructions. I want my original account. Another issue has to do with the time frames regarding refunds and by their not answering me within a particular time frame I am afraid I will land outside their time constraints.

    There are other issues, but as you can see I am not sure this arena is the proper place.

    Any suggestions are welcome.

    oh, also…what is the section in reply above about a front page error? I didn’t post anything having to do with a front page error.

    What is the URL of the blog you refer to?

    Please check in your email client spam/ junk mail filter.

    re: account recovery
    If required complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you.

    re: refunds
    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/cancel-domain/ and Guided Transfers.

    I didn’t post anything having to do with a front page error.

    I saw the front page error message here > http://ourphoenixrisesorg.wordpress.com/ and that is why I addressed that issue.

    Okay. As you already sent in “a request for support sent to SUPPORT” Staff will contact you by email when they work their way forward to your ticket.
