  I’m trying to set up a new menu (with submenus) to my new WordPress site, and have done my best to follow the directions, but so far I can’t get it to display on the actual site itself. Thanks for any help that you can provide!

  Hi, go to bottom right corner click on Customize – navigate to Menus and Create new Menu. Click Menu name > your menu name click on Top (check) and Next.
  – Click on Add Items > Pages > add your pages (check it) > and finish – Publish.
  If there is a problem please write again to fix it.
