New Name Servers – ICANN Verification email problem

I am trying to point my domain to a new server. When I input the custom name servers, I get a message that says Success! But another message says:
You must verify your email address through the ICANN verification email before you are able to update the name servers for your domain.
When I click the link to “resend” the verification email, I get this message:
We were unable to resend the ICANN verification email. Please contact support and provide the following error message:
undefined
And when I click the link to “contact support” I get directed to a nonexistent page here.
So as far as I can tell, this isn’t working. Can someone please help me out?

I am not receiving the verification email at any address. Clicked resend verification email 5 or 6 times and after 2 hours I have not received an email

I didn’t get it. What email address did you send it to?
Please send to (email visible only to moderators and staff) That should be the registered address.

That is indeed the address which it was sent to. If you wouldn’t mind checking your spam folder and your social media folder and let me know if it’s in either of those. If not, I’ll see what one of our developers can do.

Hi, so, I tried again and was told that the verification email was sent to me successfully, but it hasn’t shown up in my inbox. Is there any way to verify the address that it was sent to? This is really confusing and frustrating…

Can someone please respond to my thread? I still am unable to either redirect name servers or transfer the domain. The verification is not reaching me. I have posted on a second thread that was started because I am getting no response here. I know you don’t like that, but I don’t like being ignored.
