New Nuntius Theme Problems

I activated the Nuntius theme, but when I switched it to the “news template”, my pictures won’t show up.

That blog is has the Modularity Lite theme on it. Please post an active link starting with http:// to the blog with the Nuntius theme.

I have another question: when I put up a .png image as a header of the exact size the theme wants, it loads it perfectly, but it goes over the search bar I have set to be in the header widget space. Shouldn’t the header image go below the widgets and not over, obstructing their use?
Is it me or it’s a though-of thing that I should just learn to live with?

I had the same issue with the slider feature
Solution: You will need the post to have a Featured Image attached to the post and there has to be a minimum of two sticky posted with a featured image for the slider to stop displaying a blank box
Edit: Plus the post has to have the Category that you have chosen via the theme options
