New options in Paragraph on Edit Page

  My webmaster tells me the reason I have lost the second option under Paragraph is a change made in v.4.1 which we just installed. It converted every TrackList I published on my site to single space italics, no matter how it appeared originally. The new second options – PRE – does not do that. HOW can I still get that? I use Pages to edit but it doesn’t do that.
