new page content is appearing as a post on the home page
-
I created a new page, but its content now appears on the home page above the main home page content, as well as in the new page itself. Reading through all the available material here, I believe this means page content is being applied like my posts to the main page. I do not want the content of subpages to appear on the home page – this completely disrupts the function of the home page. I want the home page content to be fixed, and users to go to pages to see other fixed content. How do I fix this? Thank you
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Do any actual support people respond or help here??? Surely there is a fix for my problem…

Hi!
I believe the issue here is that both your homepage and posts page are set as the same page:

Instead of setting the same page, you should have one page (titled “Home” for example) with content to show on your front page. Then, another page (titled “Blog” for example) would show all of your blog posts. You can read more about this here:
Can you try adding a new page to your site titled “Blog” and changing the “Posts” page on the first link I pasted above?

Thanks, that fixed the appearance of the static home page. What is the best way to provide further places for users to click to learn more in dedicated views? What I need is a series of static pages, but from what I see, perhaps I just get one with this $99 package?

You can actually add as many pages as you want through following the instructions here:
However, only one page can be set as your homepage. You would need to link to the other pages in your menu here:
When you add a new page to your site, it should automatically be included in that menu. Can you give it a try?
